Documents required for DLT registration process

  • PAN card of company or individual
  • Address proof of company or individual
  • Authorization letter.
  • Registration number if already registered in other operator.

Step 1: Click New DLT Registration

For new user click on the New DLT Registration below the login button Click on the link below to go to the page

Step 2: Select New Registration

A Customer Acquisition Form page will appear on your screen. Select the New Registration button if you are registering for the 1st time on the DLT platform.

Step 3: Fill in Your Company Details

  • Name of organization-Select your name of organization
  • Entity type-Select as per GST or any trust, or University or others.
  • Registered email-Provide registered email which is related to your organization or individual and it will receive the OTP add it in authorization letter format.
  • Category of organization-Select the organization type as per the followings.

Step 4: Fill Company Address

  • Service type-Select both
  • Fill address as per the address proof which is submitted and provide mobile registered mobile number and add that number in authorization letter format to which you need to receive OTP.

Step 5: Fill the Authorized person Information

  • Enter your Name, Designation, Mobile No & Email ID as per the authorization letter and choose and upload the authorization letter and verify the mobile number with OTP.
  • Update the PAN as per the proof and verify it and upload.

Step 6: Upload Your Documents

  • Select the proof of address as per the category and upload the file

Step 7: Agree T&C and Submit.

  • Agree all terms and click and submit.

Login to your account with User Name & Password

Step 2: Select the Option for OTP Authorization

OTP which you will get from registered Mobile number and registered email ID.registered email ID.

Step 3: Go to Header section and Click new header

A form will pop up to enter the required details

Step 4: Click Header Type

  • For Promotional SMS select Promotional from the option
  • For Transactional SMS select other from the option

Step 5: Click Header Classification

  • Select the required option for your business

Step 6: Click Category

  • Select your business category from the options

Step 7: Click Header Name

  • Type the Header name which is relevant to your registered DLT company Name then click check availability.
  • If your name was already taken you need to try changing the Header characters.

Step 2: Select the Option for OTP Authorization

OTP which you will get from registered Mobile number and registered email ID.

Step 3: Go to Template and Click new Template

Once you clicked add new Template You will get the below screen.

  • Template Name you can give whatever name you want
  • Communication type select SMS.

Step 4: Template Registration Form

A Template registration form will appear in which the required details are to be filled.

Step 5: Template Name and Communication Type

  • On Template Name you can give whatever name you want
  • On communication type select SMS.

Step 6: Click on Template Type

  • Transaction - Transactional SMS can only be used by Banks to send OTPs and alerts.
  • Promotional - Promotional SMS is used to send offers, discounts, or promotions. The messages may or may not be solicited by the recipients.
  • Promotional - Promotional SMS is used to send offers, discounts, or promotions. The messages may or may not be solicited by the recipients.
  • Service Explicit - Service Explicit SMS is used to send offers, discounts, or updates regarding services to existing customers.
  • Service Implicit - Service Implicit SMS is used to send OTPs, informational messages, booking and order alerts to your registered customers. These should not be intended for marketing.

Step 7: Click on Template Type

  • Consent Template is used for taking customer's permission before sending them promotional SMS

Step 8: Go to Template Category

  • Select the type of business from the options

Step 9: Type the Message

  • While creating a template Bran name/Company name is mandatory.
  • Also you do not apply other companies name while creating content.
  • It will take more than 24 hrs to verify and approve the template from Operator.
